The Role

• Perform daily rounds and inspections of properties.
• Operate and manage building technology systems.
• Conduct maintenance and repair work on electrical installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, including fault finding and repairs.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor work, including acceptance of services.
• Document all completed work accurately.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical installer, or a comparable qualification in energy and building technology.
• Previous experience in facility management, building technology, or cross-trade areas is advantageous.
• Good command of German, both written and spoken.
• Strong service and customer orientation.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty, with additional compensation.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
