The Role • Conduct independent individual and group psychotherapy sessions. • Treat patients with complex cases and comorbidities. • Actively support the organization and structuring of internal ward processes. • Contribute to the further development and optimization of treatment and therapy concepts. • Participate in training and further education for medical and psychological staff. What You'll Need • Completed psychotherapy accreditation or advanced training in behavioral therapy (more than 24 months). • Interest and willingness to work in a multidisciplinary therapeutic team. • Clinical experience in treating children and adolescents with various disorders. • Committed, reflective, and responsible approach to daily therapeutic work.
