Executive A/V Technician - White Glove Support

Experience providing white glove executive-level AV support for senior leadership, executives, and high-profile meetings.
Hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, and/or Q-SYS audio visual systems.
Strong understanding of Audio Video Signal Flow, including routing, switching, distribution, and troubleshooting of AV systems.
Experience with Crestron and/or Extron control programming, configuration, and system modifications.
Proven ability to perform remote troubleshooting and issue resolution for AV environments.
Knowledge of conferencing and collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or similar platforms. Professional Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support executive-level stakeholders professionally and confidently.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, including IT, Facilities, Network Engineering, and Business Leadership.
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Industry certifications such as: oCrestron programming experience oExtron Control Specialist Certification oCTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D oQ-SYS Level Certifications
Experience supporting executive boardrooms and large conference spaces.
Experience with digital signage, IPTV, or enterprise AV deployments.
Familiarity with network infrastructure and AV over IP technologies.
