The Role

• Contribute to the organization and optimization of departmental workflows.
• Independently perform minor surgical procedures and assist in major surgeries.
• Provide independent patient care on the ward and in outpatient consultations.
• Participate actively in on-call duties to ensure continuous medical coverage.
