The Role

• Setting up and operating processing machinery
• Performing quality checks and documenting results
• Conducting maintenance, cleaning, and preventative repairs
• Ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines
• Maintaining the technical condition of equipment
• Supporting tests of new technologies and processes
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, packaging technologist, or equivalent
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• A high degree of responsibility and a proactive work approach
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
• Willingness to work shifts and on weekends
