Job description

Home Instead Enfield is an award-winning home care company that offers the best in-home services throughout Southgate, Palmers Green & Bush Hill Park.
We provide care and support to allow individuals to lead fulfilled lives in a safe & familiar surroundings where they feel most comfortable, in the place they call home.

We are seeking individuals who have a kind and compassionate heart and who are ready to complete our FREE award-winning training so they can provide the best in-home care to older adults around our local area.

We will offer you:

  • Free award-winning, industry-leading training and competitive rates of pay
  • Wages up to £12 per hour
  • Refer a friend bonus – earn when you refer a friend (Unlimited)
  • Matching you to clients based on similar interests and hobbies to help you and your client enjoy your time together
  • Minimum visits of one hour so there is plenty of time to complete tasks and get to know your client
  • A variety of shifts available.
