Systems Engineer Sr - E3 with Security Clearance

Job Number 401 Standard Job Description We are Lockheed Martin The F-35 Integrated Test Force at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking a Discipline Engineer to support current mission planning tasking and to expand the Utilities and Subsystems capabilities for F-35 Developmental Test. Candidate will work directly with the flight test team, pilots, and the Subsystems IPT to plan, execute, and analyze flight test events.

Perform post-mission data analysis, lead complex troubleshooting aircraft anomalies, and review and update documentation and instructions to facilitate fielding of vehicle systems components. Job entails aircraft system monitoring and troubleshooting anomalies in real time. Support root cause analysis for off nominal events and generate corrective action recommendations. Provide technical support to test pilots, flight test crews, and maintenance personnel as needed. **Must be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related STEM discipline -Demonstrated experience with Utilities and Subsystems design, integration, or flight test - Fault isolation and problem analysis experience at the sub-system level - Experience with drawing/schematics reading and interpretation -Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
