Seeking an enterprise-level Data Integration Architect / Technology Architect with 10+ years of experience for a 6-month contract role in Houston, TX 77002 (Hybrid setup).
The ideal candidate will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise data integration solutions powering the client's Sales Compensation platform transformation from Varicent to Captivate.
This role requires deep technical mastery in AWS (specifically AWS Glue), Snowflake, and dbt (data build tool), along with extensive experience orchestrating inbound and outbound data exchanges across SAP, Oracle HR, Salesforce, payroll systems, and MAS feeds.

#Key Responsibilities
* Integration Architecture & Strategy: Define overall integration architecture, data flows, transformation frameworks, and governance standards for enterprise-wide data exchanges.
* Platform Transformation Support: Architect robust data pipelines and integration patterns supporting the sales compensation platform migration from Varicent to Captivate.
* Cloud & Modern Data Stack Engineering: Spearhead data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and transformation workflows utilizing AWS Glue, Snowflake, and dbt.
* Enterprise Source Integration: Manage complex data ingestion and synchronization across diverse enterprise source systems including SAP ERP, Oracle HR, Salesforce, payroll platforms, and MAS feeds.
* Governance & Quality Control: Establish data quality rules, validation checkpoints, source-to-target mapping documentation, and exception handling protocols.

#Required Qualifications
* Core Tenure: 10+ years of progressive technical architecture and data integration experience.
* Mandatory Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in AWS (AWS Glue), Snowflake, and dbt (data build tool).
* Enterprise Ecosystem Experience: Proven track record integrating data across SAP, Oracle HR, Salesforce, payroll systems, and custom MAS feeds.
* Transformation Background: Experience supporting major enterprise platform transformations or compensation system migrations (Varicent to Captivate experience highly desirable).
* Work Setup & Location: Hybrid setup in Houston, TX 77002.
