About the role Insight Xcite is recruiting Expert and SME candidates for Systems Engineer work specializing in ServiceNow. We recruit across current and upcoming customer needs; this post includes the STAR 4448 ServiceNow requirement in Springfield. Candidates are evaluated against each customer position's specific requirements. For STAR 4448, support a ServiceNow platform deployed across an enterprise domain in a Sponsor environment with an air-gapped standalone network serving approximately 3,000 users. Required skills for STAR 4448
- Build automation-heavy workflows and front-door experiences in Intelligence Community environments.
- Implement Flow Designer and IntegrationHub patterns for approvals, routing, notifications and orchestration.
- Build and extend catalog items for IT support, service requests, business requirements intake, and visit or access requests.
- Support PPM module configuration, including forms, flows and templates.
- Create reusable subflows for approval chains, task packs, SLA timers and escalations.
- Support the Continuous Authorization Monitoring (CAM) module for A&A processes, RMF tasks and evidence requests.
- Lead process mapping and future-state process design.
- Write user stories and user acceptance criteria; manage user acceptance testing.
- Train ServiceNow users and facilitate workshops with ISSOs/ISSMs, system owners and PMOs.
- Create standard operating procedures and quick reference guides.
Expert and SME placement depends on the applicable customer and contract qualifications. Clearance Requirement Due to the nature of our work, Insight Xcite does not sponsor or process security clearances at this time. Applicants must currently possess an active TS/SCI with a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph to be considered for employment. Please do not apply if you do not currently hold this level of clearance. Work Location Requirement All Insight Xcite positions are onsite. We do not offer remote or hybrid opportunities. Applicants must be willing and able to work in person at the designated customer location
