Asphalt/Concrete Estimator

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt/Concrete Estimator position include: 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, with specific expertise in concrete and asphalt.

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, specifications, and technical documents. Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or similar). Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates for concrete work. Calculate costs of labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Identify potential risks and opportunities in the estimating process. Prepare and present bid proposals in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain cost databases and stay current with market trends in pricing and construction methods.

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
