Asphalt Foreman

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Foreman position include: 3+ years of asphalt paving experience Strong understanding of asphalt paving methods, materials, and equipment Ability to read and interpret job plans, grades, and specifications Supervise and direct all aspects of day-to-day paving crew operations Lead site setup, traffic control coordination, and crew safety briefings Ensure proper execution according to job specifications, blueprints, and quality standards Coordinate crew tasks, assign labor roles, and oversee asphalt placement and compaction Maintain accurate daily logs, crew timecards, and production reports Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
