OCM Readiness Lead

Title:- Organizational Change Management Readiness Leads

Location:- Philadelphia, PA

Duration:- 6+ months

Required

·         Knowledge of Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a change management perspective;

·         Ability to keep data confidential;

·         Strong problem solving and analytic skillsets;

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to create user and project documentation and procedures, clearly and concisely;

·         Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills;

·         Meeting presentation skills;

·         Solid task assignment, coaching, and oversight expertise;

·         Ability to work well with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization; and

·         Experience creating communications content and delivering this content to impacted stakeholders

 Highly Desired/Preferred

·         Organizational Change Management Education related to ERP Implementations

·         Workday Financials/Supply Chain Implementation experience or similar Software as a Service Solutions

·         Project Management Expertise with appropriate Project Management Institute Certifications

·         Large, Decentralized public sector industry-based experience
