Footwear Sales Specialist

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist Footwear to deliver expert service in our high-energy retail environment. You will help athletes find the right fit by using product knowledge, fit tools, and gait assessment to recommend performance footwear for running, training, and outdoor activities. Responsibilities include driving sales, achieving personal and store goals, maintaining a visually compelling footwear department, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and organized. You will process transactions, handle returns, and resolve customer questions with a solutions-focused mindset.
