What you'll be doing

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional technology programs simultaneously.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Delivery Leadership, or related roles.

Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.

Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional technology programs simultaneously.

Strong experience working with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.

Deep experience using Azure DevOps for Agile planning, backlog management, release planning, and delivery tracking.

Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, release management, and modern engineering practices.

PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.

Experience with Azure Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise data modernization programs.

Experience supporting healthcare interoperability and regulatory initiatives.

Knowledge of:

o FHIR

o CMS Reporting Requirements

o HEDIS

o Healthcare Data Exchange Standards

Experience leading healthcare technology or healthcare data initiatives.

Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, data lakes, cloud data platforms, and large-scale analytics programs.

Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, data integration, and data management principles.

Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, resource planning, and executive reporting.

Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive organizational changes and improve delivery performance.
