Job Description

Desde CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS precisamos incorporar a un/a TELEFONISTA para trabajar en nuestro hotel RENAISSANCE FIRA, ubicado en Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona).

Las funciones principales serán atención al cliente y apoyo al departamento en Recepción y reservas.

FUNCIONES

  • Recibir y transferir llamadas telefónicas a los departamentos correspondientes.

  • Proporcionar información básica a clientes, proveedores y visitantes.

  • Registrar mensajes y asegurar su correcta entrega.

  • Realizar tareas administrativas sencillas (archivo, fotocopias, envío de correos, etc.)
    REQUISITOS
    • Experiencia en posición similar.
    • Inglés medio + Otros idiomas valorables.
    • Orientación al cliente.
    SE OFRECE
    • Contrato de 25h semanales.
    • Incorporación en mayo
    • Posición totalmente estable
