The Role • Ensure intensive care by performing basic and advanced nursing care, including aromatherapy, and continuously monitoring ICU patients. • Manage life-saving therapies within a multidisciplinary team, such as ECMO/ECLS and CRRT, and participate in emergency situations, including resuscitation efforts. • Prepare for, assist with, and perform post-operative care for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including bronchoscopies and tracheostomies. • Provide individualized and empathetic support to patients' families and loved ones during end-of-life care, ensuring a peaceful and dignified passing. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a registered nurse, aged care nurse, or pediatric nurse. • Ideally, specialized training in anesthesia and/or intensive care medicine, or a willingness to pursue further qualifications. • A dedicated, communicative, and team-oriented personality, bringing professionalism, empathy, and humanity to patient care. • Flexibility to adapt to various working models, including full-time, part-time, shift work, or a 5-day week, contributing to a healthy work-life balance.
