Application Engineer

Req Skills:

 Experience supporting and troubleshooting server-based applications in both on-premises and Microsoft Azure environments.

Hands-on experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Servers.

Experience participating in system implementation, deployment, upgrade, or lifecycle management projects.

•           Alarm Monitoring

•           Video Management Systems (VMS)

•           Security Operations

•           System Integration

•           Enterprise Security Applications

•           Physical Identity & Access Management (PIAM)

Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments and security concepts, including:

Purdue Model

Air-gapped networks

Zero Trust architecture

Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings.

Experience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, and system administration.

Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies, including:

VMware ESXi

VMware vCenter

VxRail (preferred)

Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Microsoft certifications related to Windows Server, Azure, or other relevant technologies.

Experience deploying, administering, and troubleshooting Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, or similar distributions).

Experience administering infrastructure platforms while supporting cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with security and administration tools such as:

Tenable Nessus

Tanium

Similar enterprise management and security platforms

Understanding of Agile methodologies and/or the SAFe framework.

Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar DevOps project management tools.

Required Qualifications
