Job Title: ServiceNow - HRSD Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
2. Working experience on HRSD related projects work on HR Service, Lifecycle events, employee journeys, HR agent Workspace, Agent Chat, Reports Dashboard etc. based solution design and configuration. Knowledge of business processes in scope (e.g. HR onboarding, payroll, procurement, etc.).
3. Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management, Case Management
4. Document Generation, Journey acceleration, Workday integrations, Manager Hub, Onboarding module, and Lifecycle events.
5. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
6. Design, code, debug, document, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
7. Create and manage reports, dashboards, homepages, and database views to provide actionable insights to IT leadership.
8. Lead platform upgrades, feature adoption, and new module implementations to optimize ServiceNow utilization.
9. Develop, integrate, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
10. Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI components, and business rules to support enterprise IT initiatives.
11.   Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and product owners to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
12. Develop work instructions, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles to support internal teams.

Required Skills & Certifications:

13. Previous experience on HRSD related projects work on configuring complex HR Services, Lifecycle events, employee journeys, HR agent Workspace, Agent Chat, Reports & Dashboard etc. based solution design and configuration.
14. Integration with Workday, SuccessFactors, Reporting tools like Power BI, etc
15. Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro.
16.   Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App for HRSD.
17. Familiarity with ServiceNow integration tools and techniques.
18. Understanding of HRSD industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare).
19. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
20.    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
21.   ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Mandatory
22.   Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
