**Senior Automotive Mechatronics Technician (f/m/d) Vehicle Glass | Waldkraiburg, Germany | On-site** We are seeking a skilled Senior Automotive Mechatronics Technician for a leading vehicle glass repair and replacement company in Germany, renowned for its commitment to safety, reliability, and quality. This role offers the opportunity to lead as an on-site operations manager while providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise. **The Role** • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). • Assume "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsibilities, overseeing technical aspects, ensuring compliance with company standards, and managing daily operations. • Advise and support customers from order intake through to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of service. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and process incoming orders. • Execute quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to audit standards. **What You'll Need** • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as a Master Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required proficiency test for operations management or already be certified as an Operations Manager (HWK). • A valid Class B driver's license and proficiency in German and PC skills. • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication abilities. • Ability to work independently, collaboratively within a team, and foster trusting relationships. **What's On Offer** • Competitive starting salary with vocational training, plus a bonus for operational management duties. • Generous annual holiday and Christmas bonuses. • 30 days of annual leave, plus additional special leave and sabbatical options. • Attractive benefits including vehicle leasing, bike leasing, and contributions to company pension plans.
