Human Resource Specialist

Rise, Inc., a mission-driven Minnesota nonprofit, is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to support our person-centered teams serving people with disabilities. In this role, you will coordinate full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR records; support benefits and leave administration; and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws. You will partner with supervisors on employee relations, training logistics, and performance processes while promoting an inclusive, respectful workplace.
