The Role

• Plan, coordinate, adapt, document, and secure nursing care measures.
• Perform basic nursing care according to individual client needs.
• Administer specialized medical treatments as prescribed by physicians, such as medication administration.
• Engage with clients and their families respectfully, acknowledging their self-care abilities, needs, and wishes.
• Collaborate closely and cooperatively with all professional disciplines within the facility.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse (e.g., Geriatric Nurse, General Nurse, or Health and Nursing Assistant).
• Ideally, some professional experience in nursing or geriatric care.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems for patient care.
• Personal stability, composure, and patience when interacting with clients and their families.
