The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support and quick, confident solutions. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Offer reassurance and outstanding service to members when they need it most. • Work autonomously, starting and finishing your day from home. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
