Sales Manager

We are representing a reputable client seeking a skilled and experienced individual for the position of Sales Manager at a well-established main dealer in North Wales. This Sales Manager role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven automotive professional to progress within a respected dealership group, representing Kia and Honda brands. The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenue, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Duties:

• Manage and motivate a team of six retail sales executives and a business centre manager
• Drive sales targets for both new and used vehicle departments
• Maintain and develop customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Ensure team compliance with brand standards and customer service excellence
• Oversee stock management and retail performance of approximately 60 used vehicles
• Analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase profitability
• Uphold strong standards of professionalism and discretion within the dealership

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques
• Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets
• The individual should be based in North Wales or nearby to Llandudno
• Professionalism, discretion, and a customer-focused approach are essential
