APAC Clinical Site & Patient Engagement Lead

Fortrea is seeking a Senior Manager to lead site and patient engagement delivery across multiple clinical studies. You will drive patient recruitment and retention strategies, coach project managers, and collaborate with feasibility and partner teams to optimize study placement and site performance.

Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, supervising vendor oversight, and ensuring ICH-GCP compliance. Travel and remote work may be required to support global partners.
