Job Description

We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join us in a brand-new role that offers genuine flexibility without compromising on impact.

Working around 15 hours per week , with flexibility over when those hours are worked, this opportunity could be perfect if you're looking for a role that fits around school hours or other commitments while allowing you to make a real difference.

As our first dedicated HR professional within Clearcare Solutions, you'll have the opportunity to build and shape our people function, working closely with our Managing Director and leadership team to support our continued growth.

About Us

At Clearcare Solutions, we develop innovative software that helps care providers deliver outstanding care more efficiently. Based in Stafford , we're a growing business of around 30 employees and part of the wider Person Centred Software Group , giving us the best of both worlds: the agility and autonomy of a smaller business with the support and resources of a larger organisation.

The Role

This is a varied, standalone HR role where you'll have the freedom to make your mark. You'll act as a trusted adviser to our Managing Director and leadership team, helping shape our people strategy while also leading the day-to-day delivery of HR across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering our People Plan
  • Partnering with senior leaders on strategic people initiatives
  • Coaching and supporting managers across the employee lifecycle
  • Leading recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
  • Managing employee relations, performance and HR policies
  • Overseeing payroll coordination and HR administration
  • Driving employee engagement and learning initiatives
  • Improving HR systems, reporting and processes
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and can switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

You'll ideally have:

  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Significant experience in a standalone HR Manager or Senior HR Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations and payroll oversight
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A commercial mindset with the confidence to build and continuously improve the people function.

What We Offer

  • 15 hours per week with flexibility over how you work those hours
  • A role that may suit someone looking to work around school hours
  • The opportunity to build and shape our HR function
  • Support from our wider Group HR team
  • A collaborative environment where your ideas and expertise will have real influence
  • The chance to play a key role in the next stage of our growth

If you're looking for a flexible HR opportunity where you can have genuine influence and make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.
