HR Manager 12m FTC - Advertising

One of London's leading creative agencies is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the business on a 12-month maternity cover.
This is a broad generalist opportunity supporting around 150 employees across a mix of commercial and creative teams. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety and being close to the business. You'll be partnering with managers, providing practical HR advice, supporting recruitment, overseeing the monthly payroll process and contributing to people projects. While ER forms part of the role, it isn't heavily casework focused, making it ideal for someone who enjoys the breadth of a true generalist position.
The business is currently evolving as part of a wider group transformation, so they're looking for someone who is comfortable navigating change, finding pragmatic solutions and building strong relationships across a matrixed organisation.
HR experience within an advertising or creative agency is a must-have. As a minimum, you'll have worked in a fast-paced creative environment and understand the pace, personalities and commercial demands that come with supporting creative teams.
The team is low ego, highly collaborative and genuinely enjoys working together. Based in Central London with four days onsite, this is an environment where people value being connected and sharing ideas.
