This position is responsible for providing application support with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and ensuring the smooth operation of business systems. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $23.65 - $23.65/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.

Summary:

Responsibilities
- Provide application support and resolve issues within defined processes.
- Communicate technical and functional information effectively to dealers, business users, and team members.
- Follow established support processes and escalate issues appropriately when necessary.
- Work collaboratively within a hybrid team environment, with an expectation of being in the office four days a week.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience supporting software applications or business systems, including issue analysis and resolution.
- 1 year of experience in a service desk, application support, or customer support environment focused on customer experience.
- Foundational understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Skills
- Exposure to dealership operations or dealer-facing business applications.
- Familiarity with IT service management concepts such as ITIL or Lean Service Management (LSM).
- Experience using Microsoft technologies such as Office, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365.
- Basic understanding of security fundamentals, including identity management and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis or troubleshooting.
- Awareness of API concepts and system integrations.
