I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Technical Co-ordinator to join an award winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on site on a large residential project in West London.

The company have been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.

The project in West London comprises over 700 units; RC frame apartments and traditional build houses, split over 2 phases. They are currently at demolition stages so this long term, multi-year scheme is right at the beginning and they are looking for a Senior Technical Co-ordinator to join them as soon as possible.

The ideal person will have strong experience working on large new build, RC frame residential projects and traditional build houses for a reputable housebuilder. Additionally, it is important to have a good understanding of basement excavations, MEP works and good all round technical knowledge.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree Qualified or other relative qualifications
• Ideally C.I.A.T Qualified
• Track record working for a reputable housebuilder
• Experience working on RC frame apartments / Traditional Build houses
• AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power Point
• Design and engineering construction knowledge
• Technical and Building Construction knowledge
• Building Regulations knowledge
• A good understanding NHBC legislation
• Strong on Health & Safety / CDM Regulations
• Good understanding of Planning legislation
• Longevity with previous employers
• Able to commute to West London on a daily basis
