Product Experience Lead, Pickups & eCommerce

Australia Post is seeking a Product Experience Owner to own the end-to-end pick-up experience for business customers in Melbourne's Burnley area. You will translate customer needs into practical features, align engineering and business stakeholders, and drive backlog and discovery work that delivers simple, effective pickup journeys.

The role sits within the Parcels, Post & eCommerce division and offers a 2-year maximum-term contract with the same entitlements as permanent staff.
