EPIC Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Epic Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to analyze business requirements, configure Epic modules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient healthcare workflows. This role requires strong analytical skills, healthcare domain knowledge, and Epic certification in one or more application areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical and business workflows to identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic applications based on organizational needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, administrators, and IT teams to optimize Epic functionality.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and change management activities.
• Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and validation procedures.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.
• Support data conversion, integration, reporting, and interface activities.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and workflow guides.
• Participate in go-live planning, implementation, and post-production support.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.
