One of your core responsibilities will be to strategically design and continuously refine a citywide process for developing IT solutions. You will assume overall responsibility for this process. Through active stakeholder management and strong communication skills, you will connect various stakeholders while always keeping the City of Munich's overarching goals in mind. You will measurably improve "time to market" and delivery capacity in the LHM's IT projects. You bring experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager and lead IT projects to success.

You understand the need for transparency in IT projects and project portfolios from a management perspective and create an environment that fosters excellent results. You promote collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement. In doing so, you assist the functional departments with their questions and actively contribute to the further development and dissemination of citywide standards.
