Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into actionable requirements, lead consumer discovery and onboarding, maintain source-to-target mappings, and coordinate decisions across business, data, product, and technology teams.

Essential Key Responsibilities:

Lead workshops and meetings and convert business needs into clear requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision records.
Identify consumers, document current consumption patterns, and coordinate onboarding and migration-readiness assessments.
Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings; document data, behavior, control, and operational gaps.
Maintain traceability across requirements, design decisions, delivery, testing, and business acceptance.
Facilitate cross-functional reviews, dependency resolution, risk escalation, and working-level governance.
Produce concise status metrics, RAID updates, and leadership-ready materials.
