Job Description
• Assemble mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for CNC machine tools to engineering specifications
• Install and assemble pneumatic, hydraulic, and pressure-based fluid systems
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation
• Carry out mechanical testing, fault finding, and adjustments to ensure equipment meets quality standards
• Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment while following company health and safety procedures

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter, Machine Builder, or Mechanical Assembly Technician
• Experience assembling mechanical assemblies for CNC machine tools or similar precision machinery
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and pressure-based fluid systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
