The Role • Provide comprehensive basic care for gerontopsychiatric patients, supporting the entire care process to ensure their well-being. • Document all care measures meticulously and conduct relevant risk assessments to ensure safe and transparent patient management. • Actively participate in and help shape group therapy sessions, collaborating interdisciplinarily with other therapeutic professionals. • Offer holistic support to patients and their families with empathy and professional expertise. • Work effectively within a team that values creativity, structure, and a solution-oriented approach. What You'll Need • Completed 1-year vocational training as a nursing assistant. • Ability to work independently and conscientiously, prioritizing patient needs. • Strong communication and empathy skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues. • High level of teamwork, reliability, and responsibility in an interdisciplinary setting. • A commitment to continuous professional and personal development through self-reflection.
