The Role

• Support budget planning and market analysis.
• Assist in the creation of monthly management reports.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze processes, identify weaknesses, and propose optimization suggestions.
• Specialize in one of five areas from the 3rd semester: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consulting, Social Management, Retail Management, or Logistics Management.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification or a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong aptitude for mathematics and logical reasoning.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good English language skills.

• Monthly salary of €375 - €730 gross, depending on the partner company.
• Study fees of up to €789 monthly covered by the partner company.
