ROLE SUMMARY

Seeking three Senior Consultants to serve as subject matter resources within clinical design teams on a large charge capture implementation. Resources will lead rounding sessions, drive Epic configuration decisions, and provide hands-on delivery support across pods serving multiple clinical specialties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead specialty rounding sessions with clinical staff to identify and prioritize Epic configuration opportunities for charge capture

Drive build, testing, and validation activities within an assigned clinical design pod

Serve as a senior subject matter resource for Epic charge capture configuration and revenue cycle workflows

Review charge capture processes against ICD-10 and CPT guidelines; identify and address coding and documentation gaps

Produce and maintain technical documentation including configuration guides, workflow maps, and future-state specs

Mentor junior consultants; provide guidance on Epic best practices and clinical workflow design

Proactively identify risks and communicate mitigation strategies to team leads and project leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of Epic implementation or clinical workflow experience in a hospital or health system setting

Demonstrated experience with Revenue Cycle Management up to 2 years focused on charge capture preferred

Strong working knowledge of Epic build and configuration in a clinical context

Familiarity with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding principles

Excellent client-facing communication, documentation, and analytical skills

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health Informatics, IT, or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Current Epic certification in a relevant clinical or revenue cycle module

Experience on multi-site or enterprise Epic implementation programs

Background in clinical specialty areas such as Radiology, Lab, Pathology, or Urgent Care

Cross-Workstream Integrated Delivery Senior Consultant

ROLE SUMMARY

Seeking one Senior Consultant to support the Integrated Delivery project management team for a large charge capture program. The selected resource will coordinate across workstreams, support senior program leadership, and drive delivery excellence through structured project management and cross-functional facilitation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Integrated Delivery team with cross-workstream coordination, dependency tracking, and milestone monitoring

Prepare program status reports, executive dashboards, and steering committee materials

Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and workstream alignment meetings

Maintain and update integrated project plans, risk logs, and issue trackers

Serve as a central point of coordination for delivery activities across clinical design, analytics, and training workstreams

Track open action items and ensure timely follow-through across teams

Support change control governance and documentation processes throughout the program

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of project management or program delivery experience in a healthcare or consulting environment

Foundation-level or above proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced program environment

Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills

Experience preparing executive-level materials and facilitating cross-functional meetings

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification

Experience supporting large Epic or EHR implementation programs

Familiarity with charge capture, revenue cycle, or clinical workflow programs
