Looking for candidates with manufacturing, fabrication, machining, welding, or assembly experience are encouraged to apply, the hiring manager has emphasized that direct industry experience is not required.
We strongly encourage submission of entry-level candidates who:
Are mechanically inclined
Demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability
Have good communication skills
Are willing to work overtime and occasional weekends
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn a new trade
Are interested in building a long-term manufacturing career

Position Overview
Responsible for the full spectrum manufacturing of PDC (diamond) drill bits, including fabrication, finishing, repair, and inspection activities.
Responsibilities may include:
CNC Machining
Welding
Brazing
Plotting
Grinding
Painting
Furnacing
Quality Inspection
Final Clean-Up
General Repair and Rework Operations
Expected to learn multiple manufacturing processes and work across operational areas as production demands require.
Notes:
7 Day Shift openings 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2 Night Shift openings 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
10 hours of overtime will be required on a regular basis. Additional overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
