Oracle Fusion Finance functional Lead / Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both Finance and Supply Chain modules, along with proven Project Management experience.

Required Skills:

• Oracle Fusion Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management
• Oracle Fusion SCM: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Planning, Manufacturing
• End-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience
• Requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Stakeholder management and business process transformation
• Project planning, risk management, status reporting, and vendor coordination
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and BI Publisher is a plus

Nice to Have

• • Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Healthcare, or Supply Chain-intensive industries.
  • Experience with Finance and Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled ERP solutions and process automation.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance & SCM experience
• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
• Strong communication and leadership skills

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, leading Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM initiatives from design through go-live.
