Apex Systems is hiring a Solutions Design Consultant for a large Healthcare client.

Location: Fully remote anywhere in the US.

Role Overview

The Solution Consultant serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to define, design, and implement customer-centric digital and marketing technology solutions. This role will support Consumer Data Platforms (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Marketing Technology (MarTech), customer data activation, journey orchestration, personalization, and analytics. The ideal candidate combines business consulting, requirements management, solution design, and stakeholder management capabilities with hands-on knowledge of consumer data platforms, customer profiles, segmentation, identity resolution, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions and workshops across business, product, marketing, analytics, architecture, and engineering teams.
• Build partnerships with business and IT stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery objectives.
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve issues, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Drive consensus among cross-functional teams and support executive decision-making.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to translate business needs into user stories, process flows, use cases, and requirements artifacts.
• Define end-to-end business processes, data flows, integration patterns, and activation workflows.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
• Support design reviews and recommend scalable, reusable platform capabilities.

Consumer Data Platform & MarTech Enablement

• Lead solutioning activities related to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Marketo, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Oversee work involving Identity Resolution, Consumer 360 Platforms, Personalization, and Journey Orchestration.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in Solution Consulting or Technology Consulting roles. Experience implementing or supporting Consumer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer 360, or MarTech ecosystems. Experience working in Agile delivery environments is also required.

Technical Skills: Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms. Knowledge of health care plan/payor systems is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Marketo Engage.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Azure Data Services, and Customer Identity Resolution platforms.
• Knowledge of consumer engagement or customer experience platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and data governance practices.
• Experience with Databricks and Microsoft Azure.
