Product Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Brooklyn, NY that is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join a collaborative product team focused on creating intuitive, scalable digital experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to shape user-centered solutions that impact both internal and external users.

Duties

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web-based products and platforms
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications in Figma
• Contribute to and leverage an established design system
• Support product delivery through development, ensuring designs are implemented accurately
• Participate in design reviews and collaborate across cross-functional teams

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design within a cross-functional environment
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems, components, and prototyping
• Experience partnering closely with product management and engineering teams
• Strong understanding of product development and user-centered design principles
• Ability to independently manage priorities and deliverables
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with eCommerce, payments, seller tools, or business applications
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern design workflows

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
