Develop, design, integrate and deploy analytics applications, data streaming solutions and architecture, data pipelines, data models, dashboards, visualizations. Send data to APIs, and analyze data processing, ingestions, delivery of structured and semi-structured data, analytics, ML workflows, integrative, quality, data flow performance, metrics, bottlenecks, latency issues, failure points, monitoring tools, data profiling techniques, downstream systems, algorithmic decision-making, governance, compliance, requirements, anomaly detection, cost-performance objectives, EDA, patterns, reusable components libraries, operational use cases, specifications, feasibility, POC, fault tolerance, infrastructure provisioning, sprints, tasks, dependencies, stories, estimation, business rules validation, alignment, logging, iterative design improvement, data mining, datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document presentations, TDD, SOPs, data lineages, architecture design, data mapping, and operational processes. Identify problems, satisfy client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate test plans. Use AWS, Kinesis, Kafka, JSON, AWS Glue, Python, Scala, Java, Lambda, S3, Redshift, CloudWatch, Apache Flink, Spark Structured Streaming, Agile, CloudFormation, PySpark, SQL, ETL, ELT, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Jira. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business/Decision Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial/IT Management, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience reviewing analytics, structured and semi-structured data, workflows, requirements, anomaly detection, business rules validation, logging; developing data solutions, data pipelines, data models, dashboards, visualizations, data mapping documents; using AWS, JSON, AWS Glue, Python, Lambda, S3, Redshift, CloudWatch, PySpark, SQL, ETL. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $184,185 to $184,200/yr.
