Main Requirements:

Maintain and enhance marketing strategies

Maximize our twelve marketing funnels, including: community workshops, TV and radio, podcast, YouTube, and published books

Sit in on meetings with Marketing Director and CEO

Seek out new opportunities to grow our presence and impact as we scale into a national brand

Ensure the leadership team has accurate reports and dashboards related to marketing performance

Assist internal teams in aligning marketing with operational and business objectives

Demonstrate consistent alignment with company values in all work and communication
