Job Description

We are seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management, o Archer Evolv, and Archer Administration and a proven ability to analyze business processes, translate requirements into system configurations, and deliver integrated GRC solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business and process analysis with ERCM teams to gather requirements, map current and future states, and identify gaps and pain points.


• Translate business needs into development-ready system requirements, including o Archer Evolv workflow configuration.


• Lead solution delivery with an understanding of data flows and common integration patterns across GRC ecosystems.


• Perform o Archer Evolv administration, including onboarding new functional areas, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.


• Serve as the point of contact for technical team responsibilities and manage coordination and escalations with the vendor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• o Archer Evolv expertise, including workflow configuration and platform administration. 8+ years.


• Archer Administration with hands-on configuration and support. 8+ years.


• Governance, Risk, and Compliance and Enterprise Regulatory Change Management domain knowledge. 8+ years.


• Business and process analysis with ability to map current/future states and author development-ready requirements.


• Understanding of integration patterns and data flow across enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow GRC experience.

Engagement Details:

• Contract term is 1 year with a 50% chance of extension.


• Remote within the USA. Candidate must be located in the USA.
