Join this Global Game Studio's Engineering Systems team as a Technical Producer! In this role, you will be the operational cornerstone of the engineering team, helping developers, QA, and program managers deliver stable builds and features efficiently. You will facilitate sprint rituals, manage backlog items in ADO, drive release readiness, and unblock cross-functional teams working on one of the world's most beloved gaming franchises.

responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, triage, and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain sprint dashboards, milestone tracking calendars, and process transition checklists in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Partner with PMs and engineering leads to draft user stories, scrub backlogs, and prioritize bugs and technical tasks.
• Coordinate cross-team release pipelines, collaborating with QA and partner feature teams to track dependencies, validation signals, and unresolved risks.

qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in technical program management, software project delivery, product development, or as a producer.

2+ years of hands-on experience using ADO, Jira, or Confluence to plan sprints, document workflows, and manage task backlogs.

2+ years of applied experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks, including tracking team velocity and managing release schedules.

Willingness and ability to work standard Pacific Time Zone (PST) hours.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience as a Producer or TPM within a game development studio.

Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects across engineering, art, and QA disciplines under tight timelines.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to resolve dependency conflicts efficiently.
