JUNIOR CONTENT EDITOR

As a Junior Video Editor at BULKHEAD, you’ll bring our captured footage to life through creative and highly engaging edits for our growing social media channels. You’ll create content that shows off the people, the studio and our game, WARDOGS.

You’ll be someone who loves collaborating with the rest of the content team as well as the wider development team. As well as editing, you’ll also be a highly organised person, backing up, managing and organising the mountains of content that we capture every month. And you’ll be the kind of person who isn’t afraid to try new, creative things while you edit but also able to follow a brief to the letter when it’s needed.

What you'll be doing:

• Ingest, back-up and organise footage

• Create selects and edit assemblies for other people within the content team

• Edit video content for our social media channels

• Help showcase the people, culture and work behind BULKHEAD and our games

• Adapt content for different social platforms, formats and use-cases

• Work with the team to develop new and creative ways of engaging our audience

• Stay up to date with trends, formats and creative approaches across social media

What we need from you:

• 2+ years of experience creating video content

• Strong video editing skills with the ability to tell stories visually

• Strong experience in using Premiere Pro

• Some experience in using After Effects is a plus

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop and Lightroom is a bonus

• Creative instincts and an eye for great-looking content

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across a variety of content and projects

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team

• An eagerness to learn and develop your own skills

• Ability to learn new skills and workflows with ease

• A passion for creating engaging content for social media
