Front of House Supervisor – BM Caterers
Location: 1 New Bailey, 4 Stanley Street, Salford, Manchester
Salary: £17.02 p/h Contract: Part Time, 24h p/w Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday, flexibility to work overtime

We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor who can inspire a team, lead by example and help create an exceptional customer experience every day.

What you’ll be doing
- Supervising front of house service and daily standards
- Leading customer interaction with confidence and warmth
- Supporting, motivating and developing the team
- Helping deliver excellent client and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring procedures and standards are followed consistently
- Creating a positive and collaborative team culture
- Supporting day-to-day organisation and service flow
What you’ll be doing
- Setting up and clearing hospitality areas
- Delivering food and drink service to a high standard
- Supporting meetings, events and functions
- Ensuring service areas remain clean, organised and presentation-ready
- Responding to customer requests with professionalism and care
- Working closely with colleagues to keep service smooth and efficient
- Following company procedures and service standards at all times
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a supervisory hospitality role
- A confident and supportive leadership style
- Strong communication and people skills
- A passion for customer service
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset
- High standards and strong attention to detail
