Investment Senior Associate - Infrastructure Secondaries - Selby Jennings

The Role

You will join a lean, high-performing team executing LP-led and GP-led secondaries transactions across global infrastructure - including continuation vehicles, single- and multi-asset deals, strip sales and structured liquidity solutions. This is a front-office, execution-focused seat with meaningful exposure to senior decision-makers and Investment Committee from day one.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed valuation and portfolio models across infrastructure assets and fund positions
• Lead due diligence workstreams, including underwriting of underlying assets, GP assessment and downside analysis
• Draft Investment Committee memoranda and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Support deal origination, pricing and negotiation alongside senior team members
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to investor reporting and fundraising materials

Requirements

• 2-6 years' experience in infrastructure M&A, project finance, transaction services, secondaries, fund investments or direct/co-investment
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with demonstrable live transaction exposure
• Excellent written communication and the ability to construct and defend an investment view
• Strong academic record; a European language is advantageous
• Commercially minded, intellectually curious and comfortable in a lean team environment

Compensation

Highly competitive base salary and discretionary bonus, plus carried interest participation for the right candidate.
