Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an AI Applications Developer (Python / LangGraph) to fulfill an immediate contract vacancy.

This position is a Contract opportunity (initial 6-month term with strong potential for extension, and possible conversion to a permanent role).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Review an in-flight, multi-agent conversational AI application and identify opportunities to improve the existing architecture and implementation
• Design and build an automated testing framework for LLM-driven functionality, including regression and unit-style tests that confirm responses stay consistent from build to build
• Develop and enhance agent workflows in Python using LangGraph and LangChain to orchestrate communication between agents and retrieve answers from back-end services
• Support the team through upcoming incremental releases ahead of the full application launch this spring
• Collaborate daily with a team of developers, as well as infrastructure and technical support groups, to move features through to production
• Troubleshoot issues across the full agent chain and help improve visibility into where problems occur

Position Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing with LangGraph and LangChain is a MUST
• Strong Python development background
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock or similar managed LLM platforms
• Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Knowledge of LLM observability and tracing tools to diagnose production issues is a plus
• Experience with automated testing or unit testing of AI/LLM-based applications, including strategies for handling non-deterministic outputs
• Mid-to-senior level engineer who communicates well with technical teams
