The Role • Represent the Chief Physician competently and assume a key leadership role in the management of the Women's Clinic. • Utilize specialized expertise, ideally in specialized obstetrics and perinatal medicine or gynecological oncology. • Independently perform complex surgical procedures, participate in on-call services, and actively contribute to patient treatment success. • Significantly contribute to the further development of the clinic and introduce new impulses. What You'll Need • Completed specialist training in Gynecology and Obstetrics, with readiness to work in a Level 2 Perinatal Center. • Proficient in common MS Office applications for daily work. • Solid leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate staff towards goals. • A team-oriented approach with a focus on open communication and fostering a valued working environment. • A desire to actively participate in the internal and external representation of the clinic.
