Retail Telecommunications Sales Consultant

Optimum is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with best-in-class internet, TV, and mobile solutions. In this fast-paced retail role, you will engage walk-in customers, assess needs, and recommend tailored Optimum packages and promotions. You’ll process orders, activate services, handle billing questions, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues while meeting individual and store sales goals. You will also complete accurate documentation in POS/CRM systems, maintain an organized, visually appealing store, and support merchandising, events, and product launches as part of a collaborative, customer-first team.
